Membership management system for Czech Ski & Snowboard

The oldest national skiing association in the world. Over 20,000 active members and nearly 500 clubs. All of this needs to be recorded and managed.

In 2020, the Czech Ski & Snowboard had a new visual identity created by the creative agency NMDS, clean and modern. Now it was time for the membership management portal. During the implementation of this web application, we adhered to a modern approach both in terms of appearance and in the approach to the processes of the association. We transferred everything possible from paper to digital form. From a functional perspective, we incorporated the experiences and needs of existing users into the new web application. Emphasis was also placed on speed and responsiveness. In terms of appearance, we gave the portal a new, modern and, above all, clear design.

In 5 months, we launched the web application that not only enables advanced registration and management of members, but also, for example, extensive reporting and data export, management of transfers and hosting, as well as a fully integrated payment gateway. Our work does not end there, and UX Fans continues to work on the portal's development.
