Atrea

Leading HVAC manufacturer Atrea approached us with the need to implement a tool for sharing documentation and managing the associated processes. This led to the creation of an internal web application that allows requests to be managed across individuals and departments. All communication, including attachments and documentation, is thus not fragmented, no information is lost and happens in one place. The application is connected to several third-party systems, including attendance and personnel. User roles and their administration are matter of course. Part of the development was also solution validation in the form of extensive research and user testing.

The application is taking the shape of an information system that handles processes and communication across all departments of the company. We already have plans to develop further modules of the application, such as a bill of materials, central documentation or an extensive knowledge base
