Sousedé.cz
A portal and mobile app connecting property managers with the HOA committee and their members. The aim of the project is to facilitate the management of apartment buildings and mutual communication.
There are around 1.5 million flats in the Czech Republic belonging to a unit owners' association (HOA). Those who have seen the film Owners can imagine what the organization of a large number of these communities looks like. Many of us live that way.
The Sousedé.cz project has decided to improve this situation. The portal connects HOA committees, administrators, management companies and unit owners. The aim is to have all the information about the house, apartments and their owners in one place. For everyone.
In the first phase of the project, our task was to analyze the current state of the portal and prepare a proposal for a complete rewrite. In addition to a complete redesign and rewrite of the web portal, the brief also included a mobile app.
In the subsequent phases, we were entrusted by the owners with the management and development of the entire project. Today we are one of the co-owners of Sousedé.cz.
